A. Definitions
Company refers to Gaus LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (Charter No. LC014359368).
Services means any software, applications, AI tools, platforms, websites, digital products, templates, educational materials, consulting services, or other offerings provided by the Company, whether accessed via web, desktop, mobile, API, or other delivery mechanisms.

We do not sell Customer Data.
We may generate aggregated, anonymized analytics to improve and operate the Services. These analytics do not identify you and are owned by the Company.
All intellectual property rights in the Services remain the exclusive property of the Company.
E. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Some Services may require payment or subscription.
Fees are billed in advance unless otherwise stated.
Refund policies, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
F. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your account at any time through available account controls.
Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred prior to cancellation.
Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease.
G. Modifications to Services
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
We are not liable for any modification or discontinuation of Services.

You represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

The Services are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
J. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability.
K. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
L. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Missouri.
M. General Provisions
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
Severability: If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures beyond our reasonable control.
